I am writing to you for the iPhone 7 I bought on 26th of March, 2017 at your shop. After I took it home and used it for a while, I found there was something wrong with it. I couldn’t go online with the phone, nor could I use video chat to communicate with my friends. Then I took it to your shop, only to be told that it was a new model and there were no right spare parts in the shop. And also the shop assistant told me it would take a month before the phone was repaired. So I was so desperate on hearing that. How can I wait that long?
