I'm_writing_to_complain_about_the_jacket_which_I_bought_from_your_website._This_morning_I_received_the_jacket_on_time,_but I regret to say that there's something wrong with it.
Firstly, I'm pretty sure I asked you to send me a purple one. The moment the mail box arrived, I couldn't wait to open it only to find a red one. To make things worse, I need a size 170/88A while you sent me a size 175/92B, which is too large for my mother. I was really shocked to see the jacket was not the correct size and even the zipper doesn't work at all.
This was not the quality that I was expecting. My concern is whether you will refund my money or have the jacket replaced and I wonder who will pay the postage.
