    I’m sorry that I can’t go to school, so I’d like to ask for a three-day leave, that is, from May 31 to June 2.

  Yesterday evening I was cycling home hurriedly from school when suddenly another bike cut in and I fell off my bike heavily, hurting my legs. I went to the nearest hospital for an immediate treatment, only to be advised to stay in bed for three days. To support my request, a sick leave certificate by the doctor is enclosed together with the letter here .
