I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about the Webster’s Dictionary for Students purchased from your website.

In the first place, a few pages like Page 205 and Page 206 are missing. In addition, the CD enclosed doesn’t work at all. Therefore, I would like to either change the dictionary for anther one or get a full refund. I would be grateful if you could settle my complaint as soon as possible.
