How to prevent Flu and Colds

Flu and colds are caused by viruses. They can spread through air and by hands. So we should avoid going to crowded places because there may be some people with the flu virus. When we or others cough or sneeze, we should cover our nose and mouth with tissue. We should wash our hands with soap carefully after coming back home from outside. What’s more, we should eat more fruit and vegetables, drink enough water and do more exercises. When you feel a chill, you should go to see the doctor at once.
